Glass and Entropy II will involve up to 60 participants, including invited and contributed talks. There is a registration fee of 100 euros to cover conference space, lunch, coffee and tea to be paid before February 2009. A series of reasonably priced hotels are located within walking distance of the Aberystwyth Campus. Some funding will be made available to support travelling expenses of invited participants whenever required.
